Allison Hearn

Allison Hearn’s primary practice is first-party property insurance litigation. Prior to joining Weisser, Elazar & Kantor, Allison spent almost 10 years working prosecuting crimes in the 5th and 13th Judicial Circuits. Allison is a Tampa Bay native. She received her Bachelor’s degree in English and Broadcast Journalism from Loyola University of New Orleans. She spent 10 years as a television producer, working at Court TV in New York City. After a decade in New York, she returned to her home here in Tampa Bay where she obtained her Juris Doctor’s degree from Stetson University College of Law. In her spare time, you will find Allison on the golf course watching her 10-year old son. She also loves watching her daughter play tennis and gymnastics.
