Andrew Steadman vigorously represents homeowners in both Florida and Georgia. He has amassed years of litigation experience handling first-party property, personal injury protection, construction defect, bodily injury, and appellate cases. Andrew specializes in representing policyholders in suits against their property insurance companies. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew spent several years with South Florida defense firms, where he gained valuable insights into the strategies employed by insurance companies in litigation. Andrew uses this knowledge to obtain results for his clients. Andrew also handles appeals in all six of Florida’s District Courts of Appeal as well as the Florida Supreme Court.

Andrew also spent two years working as a clerk for Judge Thomas Sawaya at Florida’s Fifth District Court of Appeal. He was born in Pennsylvania and attended Pennsylvania State University, where he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism. Andrew worked as a journalist for a daily newspaper in New Jersey, then attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law and obtained his Juris Doctor. While at UF Law, Andrew served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Florida Journal of Public Policy and received a Book Award in Legal Drafting. He is admitted to practice law in Florida and Georgia as well as federal court in the Southern District of Florida.
